Paul Harris Fellow Awards presented
Irene Forcier (2nd right) receives a Paul Harris Fellow Award as "Rotarian of the Year" for outstanding service to the Rotary Club of Ladner, most recently as chair of the Rotary Club of Ladner Splash Park Committee, leading the club's largest project in its 60 years of service.
