Leading a staff of 50, Rick has served his company, clients and community in bringing attention to areas in our socioeconomic system that require new thinking, including trades education. Over time he has served as Chair of the Board, BC Food & Beverage Association, Director on the boards of Delta Chamber of Commerce, Better Life Foundation and Grizzly Force, Vice Chair, Industry Training Authority Manufacturing Sector Advisory Board and volunteer for Quest Food Exchange.
Rick and his company have received numerous awards over the years including Profit Magazine’s Hot 50, Business in Vancouver’s 40 under 40, Delta Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year, BCFPA’s Innovator of the Year, BCFPA’s Leadership Award, E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year finalist.
