Among countless examples of The Rotary Foundation's positive impact over its 100 years include, for each US$1,000 donated today, are cataract operations for 30 blind people in India, or textbooks for 10 elementary schools in Zambia, or hearing aids for 10 deaf children in Pakistan. For donating US$10,0000 or more to the Rotary Foundation over a number of years, Wilbur Walrond (centre) received a three Ruby Level Paul Harris Fellow award and pin from Past District Governor Michael Cruise (left) with President Walt Hayward. Wilbur's contributions over many years have helped The Rotary Foundation in its vital work for international understanding and world peace. Thank you, Wilbur.
