Delta's Citizen of the Year Award to Rotarian Rick Lewall

For providing extraordinary service to the community of Delta, conducting their life with integrity and standing out amongst peers, Rotary Assistant Governor for Delta and Richmond and community leader, Rick Lewall, has received the 2016 Citizen of the Year Award from the Delta Chamber of Commerce at its Hats Off Awards event on November 25, 2016.

First awarded in 1951, the Citizen of the Year Award is one of the oldest and most prestigious awards in the Delta community. Congratulations from the Rotary Club of Ladner, Rick.
