Rotary Club of Ladner has recognized its President Elect, Bridget Jacob (right), as Rotarian of the Year for her outstanding service to the club and to Rotary. Bridget received the prestigious Paul Harris Fellow award from President Kerry-Lynne Findlay, on behalf of Past President Ulf Ottho, for her accomplishments over the past year. Award honourees are individuals who meet high professional and personal standards set forth by Paul Harris, the founder of Rotary International, may have contributed more than US $1000 to The Rotary Foundation, for which Bridget has been recognized in the past, or may be recognized by their club, as in this case, for extraordinary service above self.
