EMPOWERING OUR LEADERSHIP

DISTRICT SPONSORED LEADERSHIP TRAINING FOR INTERACT BOARDS
OUR OBJECTIVES:
- To provide Interact Leadership Training so that our Interactors are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively carry out their roles as Interact Leaders.
- To provide Interactors with key information on Rotary and Interact.
- To encourage and develop Interact Leaders at the District Level.
- To create and foster an environment for bonding and team working across our District.
YOUR OUTCOMES:
- Opportunity to meet and network with the Executive Members of other Interact Clubs.
- Gain a deeper insight into Rotary and Interact.
- Engage in discussions on Club Management issues and Leadership Challenges as young Leaders.
- Understand the concept of Service Learning and what it means to get involved in meaningful Community Service.

FORMATION DE LEADERSHIP PARRAINÉE PAR LE DISTRICT POUR LES CONSEILS INTERACT
NOS OBJECTIFS:
- Fournir une formation en leadership Interact afin que nos Interactiens soient dotés des compétences et des connaissances nécessaires pour remplir efficacement leurs rôles de leaders Interact.
- Fournir aux Interactiens des informations clés sur le Rotary et Interact.
- Encourager et développer les leaders Interact au niveau du district.
- Créer et favoriser un environnement propice aux liens et au travail d'équipe dans tout notre district.
VOS RÉSULTATS:
- Possibilité de rencontrer et de réseauter avec les membres exécutifs d'autres clubs Interact.
- Obtenez un aperçu plus approfondi du Rotary et d'Interact.
- Participer à des discussions sur les problèmes de gestion de club et les défis de leadership en tant que jeunes leaders.
- Comprendre le concept d'apprentissage par le service et ce que signifie s'impliquer dans un service communautaire significatif.
