Rotarians from Sycamore, DeKalb and Kishwaukee Sunrise fanned out on Saturday, May 6th for our annual service day; they were at locations including the Pay it Forward House, Rotary Park at Sycamore Lake and Kishwaukee Special Recreation Association at Hopkins Park.

Each site saw Rotarians go to work; be it gardening, weeding or cleaning up, we gave these not-for-profit organizations the assistance they need, to do work they can't with limited resources and staff.

We are also winding down our collection for the Amazing Grace Organization; founder Grace Waller is scheduled to be at our Rotary Meeting on May 10th, to receive the items donated.

And one more project remains, for those unable to help out on the 6th; the Youth Service Bureau is holding its Bicycle Auction on Saturday, May 20th at its offices in downtown DeKalb.  Anyone wishing to help out between 7:00 and 11:00 a.m. that day should contact Brian Adams for more information.
