Former Sycamore resident Samantha Shackleton visited our club this week to share information about Entepesi Kenya (EK), an organization she and her spouse founded several years ago to serve underprivileged communities with health-related care and education in Kajiado County, Kenya. EK believes that quality and affordable healthcare should be available to everyone regardless of their location and economic status.

EK envisions to see underprivileged communities equipped with resources to live a healthy, quality, and sustainable life. It aims to work with like-minded organizations and individuals to facilitate healthcare through means of treatment, preventative screenings, family planning and educational training.

Entepesi Kenya seeks to meet community needs through mobile clinics, infrastructural development, advocacy, and sensitization on health matters.

Entepesi Kenya will achieve the above goals by partnering with the government, churches, schools, opinion leaders, local and international NGOs.
