Classification Speech: Mark Spiegelhoff

Mark Spiegelhoff is a veteran with the YMCA, having worked at agencies ranging from Iowa to the Upper Peninsula to Wisconsin; and he's now bringing his expertise to the Kishwaukee YMCA.

 

Spiegelhoff is the new Executive Director at the Y; he says he's dealt with busy facilities before -- one he worked at was the first one to be connected to a school -- but the location here, with over 13,000 members, features a new level of effort and interest for him.

 

Having worked and been educated in Wisconsin, he's spent most of his life in the Midwest; but he says he's looking forward to the challenge that the Kishwaukee Y poses, and to getting to know Sycamore better.
