Rotary is a worldwide organization comprised of more than 1.2 million members in more than 35,000 clubs. Since 1905, our members have been using their Rotary memberships to grow themselves, their businesses, and their philanthropic efforts. Along with the Rotary Foundation, Rotarians work together to serve humanity through six primary areas of focus:

  • Promoting Peace
  • Fighting Disease
  • Providing clean water, sanitation, and hygiene
  • Saving mothers and children
  • Supporting Education
  • Growing local economies

Each local club operates with almost unlimited autonomy to engage in service projects and activities that matter to their members. Through international club partnerships and Foundation grant opportunities, Rotarians help architect and implement projects on a global scale as well as in their own backyards.
