We were visited by Nate Bruck & Steve Thompson who brought pictures and drawings and discussed the history of Loves Park and innovations and improvements made over the years. Examples were development of the Sports Center, Sports Core 2 and the Riverhawks stadium. Traffic was improved in the area and $13 million was spent to improve the turf fields in the Northwest fields. A new hospital was built which will help capitalize on sales and revenue in the area. They work to protect their investment with special zoning, setting up guidelines and design & use standards. Thank you Nate & Steve for an interesting presentation.
