Bonnie Byrd is the Executive Director at the Waukesha County Historical Society & Museum - having previously served as Curator of Collections & Exhibits for the organization from June 2015 - November 2018.

Her program "Stories of Waukesha County" will describe the work of the Waukesha County Historical Society & Museum and preview their upcoming exhibition, "History of Waukesha in 100 Objects."

Rebecca will present an overview of the Waukesha County Criminal Justice Collaborating Council (CJCC), which was established in October 2002, as well as an overview of our current justice system initiatives.

Our mission is to double the tech talent in the Milwaukee region in order to drive regional economic success, foster tech opportunities, and meet Employers’ growing need for skilled tech talent.

A new program opportunity for Elmbrook junior and senior students beginning in September 2017 that seeks to connect rigorous learning with real-world, hands-on projects provided by area business and industry. LAUNCH is built on the principles of profession-based learning, professional skills development, self-discovery and exploration, entrepreneurial mindsets, and responsiveness to the needs of students and businesses.

Many Americans are horrified about the dysfunction and abysmal results from Washington, D.C., but feel hopeless and disengage. Democracy Found takes a unique approach—using the Gehl Porter Politics Industry Theory, which applies traditional tools of business analysis to politics and highlights the unhealthy system of political competition—to create a diverse, nonpartisan coalition of leaders committed to reinvigorating our democracy through open, top-five primaries and instant runoff voting in the general election (Final-Five Voting).

This presentation raises awareness of the underlying analysis and provides a nonpartisan call to action in Wisconsin, for the sake of our democracy.
