Getting Old Aint for Sissys

Cindy Bertrand is certified in New Decision Therapy, Reality Therapy and Reiki. She is a keynote speaker, actor, author and puppeteer.
Her Puppets have performed for many schools in the valley on behalf of the foodbank teaching students compassion skills regarding homelessness, poverty and hunger. Adults and seniors have also enjoyed her puppetry including The Red Hat Society, The United Way, and Interior Health to name a few.
For 10 years Cindy’s facilitation skills have helped many people recovering from drug and alcohol addiction at The Bridge in Kelowna.
She also has a background in palliative care working with seniors in facility’s, private homes and hospice.
She is authored in Chicken Soup for the Soul and is about to publish her first book, End of Life Stories- Tips and Tools for the Souls Journey Home.
