Obi Oniah from the Mental Wellness Centre of Penticton 8th Annual Defeat Depression Walk - May25

As a family support worker with the Mental Wellness Centre in Penticton, Obi Oniah is a strong advocate and facilitator of mental health services. He is on a mission to create better awareness and early intervention to support people afflicted by poor mental health in our community. Obi is thrilled to be involved in organizing the 8th Annual Penticton Defeat Depression Walk. Proceeds from the Defeat Depression campaign will go toward supporting better services for those people in our community living with a mental health disorder. This year Funds will be directed to youth orientated projects/programs especially Martin House a Resource at the Mental Wellness Centre for youth aged between 16 – 30 years of age living with a Mental Health Disorder. With your help and support, we can make a big difference.
