Enjoy a great meal while raising funds for Cradle 2 Career's Education Summit
The Rotary Club of Rochester has a wonderful opportunity to raise funds for the annual Cradle 2 Career Education Summit, which will be held again this Fall. Our club is partnering with Victoria's and Sorellina's restaurants, which will both generously give 25 percent of their sales, for an entire day, for anyone who eats in or orders takeout AND mentions the fundraiser for Cradle 2 Career.

The fundraiser at Victoria's is Sunday, March 23 and at Sorellina's on Sunday, April 27 - both from 10:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Rotary at the Rochester Chamber’s AM Espresso

SPARK, the Children's Museum of Rochester, recently hosted AM Espresso, a networking event in partnership with the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce.  Heather Nessler, SPARK's executive director, is a member of the Rochester Risers Rotary Club.  Rochester Risers members Jolene and Alan Hansen and Jerome Ferson, The Rotary Club of Rochester member Audrey Betcher, and Greater Rochester Rotary member Andy Thilges attended the event representing the Rotary Clubs of Rochester. The event brought together a mix of local business and community leaders for meaningful conversations, fresh coffee and pastries, and an energizing start to the day. Attendees had the opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and explore SPARK’s interactive exhibits, highlighting their mission to engage families in the joy of play and learning. With a fantastic turnout, the event buzzed with collaboration and excitement, reinforcing the power of community connections in Rochester.

Welcome to new member Brandi Rowe
At the last meeting in February, TRCR President Dave Moertel introduced Brandi Rowe as the club's newest member.

Brandi is originally from Montana but moved to Rochester six years ago to be with her husband who owned the Great Harvest Bakeries. Brandi has a background in Human Resources but took on a new role last year as a Youth Career Planner with Workforce Development and works onsite at the Rochester Alternative Learning Center (ALC). She has seen first-hand what service-oriented leaders do and that is what she aspires to be and the reason she wanted to join a service-oriented organization in the community. She could think of no better club to join than The Rotary Club of Rochester and is excited to now be a member.
