Come one, come all TRCR members! Join your fellow Rotarians at The Rotary Club of Rochester Committee Fair this Thursday at the Rochester Golf and Country Club. Zoom will be available, but the meeting is more conducive to attending in-person to walk around and learn more about the various committees you, as a member, are invited to become an active contributor.
If you missed last week's meeting, first, you can listen to the replay, and second, you missed a hot turkey, mashed potato, and green beans lunch topped off with a brownie! Word is another plated, hot meal will be served at this week's meeting, so be sure to sign-up and enjoy a great lunch while learning more about what's happening in your club and how you can get involved!

During November, with every $100 you purchase in Kwik Trip Scrip cards, our club will receive $10. Whatever amount you wish to purchase in Scrip cards, TRCR receives 10% of the card purchase. Contact Amber if you wish to make a purchase.
Visit the new Rotary Holiday Classic apparel store and purchase either Rotary Clubs of Rochester or Rotary Holiday Classic t-shirts, long-sleeved t-shirts, sweatshirts, quarter-zip shirts, hats, and much more. The online store is available until early December with purchases arriving prior to the Holiday Classic. Ten percent of each order will be donated back to the Holiday Classic.
On October 24, World Polio Day, Rotarians, their families, and friends picked up bowling balls and raised funds to eradicate Polio from this earth. Anytime between now and November 20, 2021, if you make a donation you will receive recognition points towards a Paul Harris Fellow. Yes, Rotary District 5960 has extended the campaign so that we have more time to contribute!
If you contribute at least $100 to PolioPlus, the donation will be matched 1:1 with Recognition Points. If you donor give at least $365 (equivalent to $1.00 per day) to PolioPlus, the District will utilize Recognition Points to make the donor a Paul Harris Fellow. Members and non-members can give completing this form and mailing it to The Rotary Foundation, or you can make a payment online at www.rotary.org/en/donate. Did you know that if you buy the majority of your gas at Kwik Trip, you could pre-pay for your gas AND help the club at the same time? A $100 Kwik Trip card immediately creates $5 for the club and any in-store purchases creates another 5% donation.If you would like to purchase Scrip cards, send an email to romnrotary@gmail.com with how many and what denomination you'd like. In additional to Kwik Trip, Scrip cards are also available to Apollo Liquor and Menards. The cards are purchased at face value, but the club receives 5% back from Apollo Liquor and Kwik Trip and 4% back from Menards. The club receives an additional 5% on purchases at Kwik Trip, other than gas, inside the store.
