March 4 - Join Rotary After Hours at 5:30 p.m.
Join your fellow Rotarians at Rotary After Hours via Zoom this Thursday, March 4, 5:30-7:00 p.m! This is a great time to sit back, relax and enjoy a bit of social time with your fellow Rotarians, friends, and family members. Who knows where the conversation will take you! This month, the topic for discussion is if you could travel anywhere in the world, all expenses paid, where would you go?

Attendees begin gathering at 5:30 p.m. Feel free to enjoy your favorite food and beverage while socializing. Rotary After Hours is scheduled the first Thursday of the month in lieu of the Club's noon meeting. A link to the Zoom meeting will be sent to club members.
Share the Love campaign extended to March 7
February is in the rear view mirror, but you have one last opportunity to SHARE THE LOVE as partof the District 5960 campaign to raise funds for The Rotary Foundation's Annual Fund-SHARE! We are extending SHARE THE LOVE to March 7... don't delay, give today!

When you give to The Rotary Foundation, you are changing the world by preventing mothers and babies from dying, ending conflict and violence, reducing disease, providing clean water, protecting the environment, creating community economic development opportunities, and teaching kids to read.  Isn't this what SHARING THE LOVE is all about?
Congratulations Leigh J. Johnson!
Every day is World Water Day with Rotary
By Adam Ross from rotary.org

At least 3,000 children die each day from diarrheal diseases caused by unsafe water, a grim reminder for Rotary members who make providing clean water and sanitation an organizational priority. While very few people die of thirst, millions die from preventable waterborne diseases, providing the impetus for our members to provide toilets and latrines and other clean water initiatives in underdeveloped countries. Members also teach these communities to maintain new infrastructure, and organize educational projects to promote hand-washing and other good hygiene habits.

The Rotary Holiday Classic needs your expertise!

Many of you have been generous volunteers during the Holiday Classic two-day event each December. The Classic has been a very successful fundraiser with proceeds going to local non-profits and Rotary projects supporting youth programs in our area.  Thanks to Rotarians, like you, who participate and support the event, the Holiday Classic has given more than one million dollars in support of area youth!  For that, we thank you!

A lot of time and effort goes into planning this event with work happening all year long. The Holiday Classic is in need of additional committee members!  Specific needs include finance, marketing, logistics for event days, and seeking sponsors and advertisers, just to name a few. This event is a three-club initiative and members from all three Rochester clubs are invited to join the committee!
