Matthew Dacy
Finding Substance X -- the Team that Created Cortisone and Won the Nobel Prize.

Matthew D. Dacy is executive producer of Mayo Clinic Heritage Films, an award-winning series of documentaries and dramatizations that honor Mayo Clinic's history and culture.  Check out a preview of this film and all the other Mayo heritage films at https://history.mayoclinic.org/books-films/heritage-films.php

Matt is the founding director of Heritage Hall, the museum and welcome center on the street level of the Mayo Building. He began his career at Mayo Clinic in 1984 and has worked in fundraising, communications, and administration.  He is a former member of our Rotary club and he served as a Rotary Foundation Scholar in Israel.  Matt is an amazing storyteller, history expert and one of the most gracious people you'll ever meet.

4-Way Test Lawn Signs with your club’s website and QR Code

Ed Marek, Former District Governor 2020-2021 asked us to share this opportunity with you:  At the District Midterm in January, District Leadership announced this unique opportunity for Rotarians in our District:

Buy SCRIP Cards for everyday use
Did you know that if you buy the majority of your gas at Kwik Trip, you could pre-pay for your gas AND help the club at the same time? A $100 Kwik Trip card immediately creates $5 for the club and any in-store purchases creates another 5% donation. If you would like to purchase Scrip cards, send an email to romnrotary@gmail.com with how many and what denomination you'd like. In additional to Kwik Trip, Scrip cards are also available to Apollo Liquor and Menards. The cards are purchased at face value, but the club receives 5% back from Apollo Liquor and Kwik Trip and 4% back from Menards. The club receives an additional 5% on purchases at Kwik Trip, other than gas, inside the store.
