Before joining Tonka Financial in 2015, Matthew Aiken had a proven record of successfully managing and understanding business challenges with 10 years in the Hospitality Industry, being a Food and Beverage Manager at one of the largest hotels on the Eastern Coast of the United States.

Upon returning to Minnesota, Matthew was looking for a change that would still give him the satisfaction of serving and helping others. In the few short years of being with Tonka Financial Services, he has built a large book of healthcare & Medicare business, while being fully registered as an Investment Advisor Representative and is well versed in the Wealth Management Asset Allocation Strategies that have made Tonka Financial Services a successful financial firm.

Matthew is the branch specialist for execution of ATS (Advanced Time Segmentation), Tonka Financial's individual financial strategy and will be focusing on assisting new, affluent clients interested in Tonka Financials Services’ practices and management. Matthew also works with their group clients and offering employee-retaining benefits like group retirement planning, healthcare, and other ancillary products that assist with providing additional benefits for employers to offer their employees.

Matthew currently lives in Minneapolis with his wife, Nicole, their two Daniff dogs (Great Dane/English Mastiff Mix), Ezra and Freyja, and their third pup, Meera. He enjoys doing large and small projects around the house, going on walks with the family, being outdoors, and being active whenever possible.

Focus on Business – How can we help navigate the crisis? What do businesses need? What is the current state of your business?

This meeting features updates from our city, school districts, convention and visitors bureau, Rotary Club, and the Chamber. There is no cost to attend. Hope to see you there!
Please RSVP to Brent Pavia at bpavia@mplschamber.com if you plan on attending. Thank you!
