Angela Roeber has more than 17 years of marketing and communications experience, primarily in the non-profit industry. As the Sr. Director of Communications for Project Harmony Child Advocacy Center, Angela plays an integral role in planning, directing and coordinating the marketing and communication efforts for Project Harmony's programs, services, events and campaigns.
Essential duties: Brand Development - Develop and execute practical marketing strategies and campaigns, both short and long term - Manage Project Harmony's website and social media platforms - Serve as point person on all media requests and promote new programs and initiatives.
Project Harmony exists to provide effective, immediate and sensitive support to child abuse victims and their non-offending family members. Medical evaluations, forensic interviews and advocacy services are provided to ensure that each child and family gets the most from those responding to child abuse. A highly child-centered program and facility, Project Harmony has assembled a multidisciplinary team of law enforcement, social services, medical and referral professionals who work together to protect children. Recently, Past President Brad Burklund introduced new Rotarian Breanna Burklund. Breanna Burklund is heavily involved in the nonprofit world. She currently works for Mission-Haiti as the US Missions and Operations Manager. Mission-Haiti is a non-profit ministry serving to show the love of God by developing and equipping strong Christian leaders in Haiti for the cause of Christ. Breanna has traveled to many countries around the world working with many different ministries and currently serves as a youth leader at her church. In her free time, you can find Breanna cooking up a new recipe, reading an enticing book, or trekking the globe. Welcome to Rotary, Breanna!

Stephen Center partners with the community, families and individuals to overcome homelessness, addiction and poverty.
Stephen Center has served the homeless and low-income in Omaha since 1984 through their three programs: Emergency Shelter, HERO Program and Transitional Living Program.
The Omaha Downtown Rotary partners with Stephens Center in serving hot meals to its residents. On April 1st, Lindy Hoyer, Jim Stewart, Sandy Lemke, and Tobi Mathouser helped serve 110 meals.
