Presentation: Stephen Osberg will discuss his role as an urban planning professional with a focus on comprehensive planning and infrastructure investment. Stephan received his degree of political science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2008 and also has a master's of urban and political planning from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. Stephan is a skilled program manager and statistical analyst with a holistic approach to land use, multimodal transportation, community development, and neighborhood planning.
First, I would like to give shout out to Andy Cassano, Vice President of Programming and Education at Omaha Performing Arts. At last week’s meeting, he provided our club with great intel on how the OPA organization quickly pivoted and has been extremely creative in finding new ways to provide programming as the pandemic continues. There were so many things the OPA did/and are doing during this time to keep many of their employees working and also to keep delivering high quality programming to the Omaha community. The virtual chorus ideal he shared was very inspiring and I started thinking maybe our club should do something similar at some point. Rotarians get your voices ready!

Recently, President Aileen Warren was recognized as Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary Foundation District Chair Bill Harvey. Aileen is our incumbent President. She has been a Rotarian for six years. Aileen is the Associate Vice Chancellor and Executive Director, Human Resources at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
