The dawn of a new Rotary year brings a wave of excitement and fresh leadership to the Rotary Club of Omaha! Heather has been a Rotarian for 11 years and she has been largely responsible for ensuring that our club meets our annual goal to the Rotary International Foundation. Heather is currently serving as Club Chair of The Rotary Foundation. She is a member of the Paul Harris Society and she is Paul Harris Fellow +7. 

Heather Legge is a certified executive coach, founder of Envision Success Inc, and author of Lead With Moxie. Through coaching and training she provides expert guidance in leadership communication skills, productivity habits, and presentation design and delivery.

Since starting her coaching and training firm in 2006, Heather has worked with hundreds of leaders in various organizations (including First National Bank, Salvation Army, Mass Mutual, Cresa, Wells Fargo, CSG, State Farm, Keller Williams, Fidelity, Farmers Insurance, YMCA, etc. plus many small business owners).

Previously Heather earned her MBA and spent over 15 years in multiple industries. She is passionate about making a positive impact, and is enjoys serving in leadership in various organizations (Omaha Rotary Downtown, Omaha Network for women leaders, Leadership Omaha, Business Network International, Women’s Council of REALTORs, Omaha Chamber, Abide, etc.).

She lives in Omaha with her husband Doug. She is also an occasional runner, red wine lover, coffee addict, and world traveler.
