DESCRIPTION:Following the anniversary of 9/11\, we invite you to join us in
carefully removing and storing the nearly 3\,000 flags from this year’s
Tribute of Flags display. With the same respect and care with which they
were placed\, these flags will be preserved for use in next year’s memor
ial. We need 40 volunteers to help gather\, roll\, and store the flags. Th
is is a meaningful opportunity to serve alongside fellow Rotarians\, Boy S
couts\, and community members while honoring the memory of those lost on S
eptember 11\, 2001. Service hours will count toward school requirements as
well as the Rotary Red Badge community service requirement.
