Committee Meeting - International Student Picnic

1. We have secured Bernie Shobe from the City Council to open the picnic for the students.
2. Valentino's has committed 10 jumbo pizzas for the event. Both Pepsi and Runza have not confirmed food donations yet.

4. Thank you to Larry Ruth for working on getting tables for the event. 
5. All campuses have been contacted and should be able to provide numbers soon now that that they are in session.

Our next meeting will be August 31, 2021 at 1:10 p.m. following our general meeting. There will not be a Zoom option for this meeting. I look forward to chatting with everyone. Thank you.
