Representatives from THRIVE

THRIVE, is an organization set up to support youth between the ages of 12-18 (or older, max age is 29years).

THRIVE is involved in a number of community outreach activities. The primary ones include:

1. A Street Reach program that includes cooking and providing a hot meal to between 80-100 individuals, every Thursday evening out of Gower Street Church,

2. Resources such as in-house teachers to help individuals complete high school certificates, and

3. A Blue Door Program, the only program in the province to help young people (14 - 29 years) exit the sex trade and other exploitive situations.

THRIVE has a great website that includes a directory of services that community organizations across the province use and rely on as a "go to" for information about other community services.
