Hi, everyone!
The new Rotary year always seems to start with fireworks, thanks to the Fourth, and this year is no exception, and I want to quickly thank you for all you do for this club.
Thank you for your space and attention.
Thank you for your space and attention and intention.
Rotarians give our time, our friendship, and our service to this community in so many ways, and when we take our turn as president (thank you for a fantastic year and all your work, Steve), we also get to witness all the things that each club member contributes and cares about.
Our fellow club members are some of the best teachers we could ever know.
This past year, Rotarians in this club have taught us to build up ourselves and our community, to construct our stories and our playgrounds, piece by piece, word by word, action by action. You’ve taught us to craft our lives with patience and love and strength, actions and deed, thoughts and volunteerism.
Thank you for volunteering on the Fourth year after year. Thank you for the good you do.
I’m looking forward to a great year with all of you.
- Carrie
