Join us Wednesdays at 12 PM at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel in Bar Harbor, except for the first Wednesday of each month when we meet at 5 PM at Pat's Pizza in Bar Harbor. If you attend in person, please be vaccinated.
This Wednesday we are at Pats Pizza at 5 PM. The meeting will be a combination evening club meeting and board meeting. We are going to continue to have board meetings as part of the monthly evening meeting as this provides an opportunity for more club members to be involved. We want to hear from all members. We'll hear from Susy regarding entertaining plans she has orchestrated to raise funds for Polio Plus.
Thank you to Scott for serving as President for the first quarter of this club fiscal year. I'm looking forward to serving as President for the next quarter. We had good attendance at last Wednesday's meeting when we heard from Michael McKernan, Director of Government & Community Relations for Jackson Lab. It was especially nice to see Sallie Boggs and Steve Boucher in attendance.
Rotary clubs in District 6250 (Wisconsin and Minnesota, USA) have donated a mobile clinic to St. Clare Health Mission, a community organization in La Crosse, Wisconsin, that provides primary and specialty health care services at no cost for those without access to insurance.
