Please join us for our next meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 20th, at 12 pm in the Seal Harbor Room at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel. The Seal Harbor Room is located in the building that faces Eden Street. Lunch will include beef lasagna and chocolate chip cannolis for dessert. Guests are welcome, too!
Our speaker for tomorrow will be Kathy Baillargeon, Executive Director of Hospice Volunteers of Hancock County, who will share updates about hospice services and fun activities this fall.
The Rotary clubs of Panamá Norte and Westchester (Los Angeles), put together a global grant that sought to remedy the digital divide in Panama. The project provided each school with 30 laptops for students, an interactive whiteboard, and other technology, and also provided training for local teachers.
