In exciting news, Stefanie Muscat Joy, brilliant Rotarian and new member, has agreed to lead our club in July 2020 after Susy Del Cid Papadopoli’s fantastic year. We need to vote Stefanie in on Wednesday to make it official! So, come and vote, hang out with your Rotary friends and celebrate!

 

In other exciting news, we’re sending out the donations to nonprofits this year! Many thanks to Ron Wrobel and the Charitable Giving Committee and the Board for moving that forward. We’ve ordered our first Little Free Library and expect it soon.

 

Please be prepared for a couple of emails asking about committee leadership and participation. It would be fantastic if we could all commit (in big ways and small) to helping the club. We all help at the Seafood Festival. I’m talking about one thing in addition to that. It might be serving on the board, leading a committee, being on a committee, being sergeant or greeter at a meeting. This club is only as good as we all make it. Thank you for all for making it so wonderful for the past 50 years!

Also, be on the lookout for a couple of new member applications that Steve Boucher is sending around and please make all of our newer members feel welcomed. Some of them, like me, are shy. It’s important that we all know how valued we are in this club. Thank you all for being so great!
