Join us Wednesdays at 12 PM at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel in Bar Harbor, except for the first Wednesday of each month when we meet at 5 PM at Pat's Pizza in Bar Harbor. If you attend in person, please be vaccinated.
We had 12 members, the speaker and his two guests at our meeting on October 19th. A lot of happy dollars were given because we were all very happy to have Don Allen back at our meeting! Our speaker was Dave Edson from the MDI Wheelers.
Our speaker on October 26 will be Marla O'Byrne from Island Housing Trust. I’d love to see you there!

Sunday, Oct 23rd: Members are encouraged to make plans now to attend the Ghostbusters movie at the Criterion on Sunday, Oct. 23rd at 3 PM with all admissions revenue of $7 per ticket to go towards Polio eradication efforts.
Tuesday, October 25th, & Wednesday, October 26th: The Town of Bar Harbor is hosting two interactive forums regarding work to create a new Comprehensive Plan. Both events will feature the same information. The sessions will be held on Tuesday, 10/25, 6-8 PM at the MDI High School cafeteria and Wednesday, 10/26, 4-6 PM at the Conners Emerson gym. Refreshments will be provided. More information is available at the comprehensive plan website.

Following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Olena Morhun fled with three of her children and made her way to Puławy, Poland. There they were welcomed by Krystyna Wilczyńska-Ciemięga, one of many Rotary members who have opened their homes to refugees.
