Join us Wednesdays at Noon, at Atlantic Oceanside Hotel in Bar Harbor, except for the first Wednesday of each month when we meet at Pat's Pizza in Bar Harbor. If you attend in person, please be vaccinated.
We had a lively meeting last week. Our speaker was Lila Miller, Advancement and Community Relations Director of the Jesup Library. She provided an update on the capital campaign for the library. They have raised over 94% of their $12M capital goal for the renovations and new addition to the library. It will be a wonderful resource for the community! They plan to start construction in the spring. After the meeting, we approved a $1,000 gift to the library to do our small part. We also voted to give $200 to help bring a basketball clinic from St. Joseph’s College in Windham to MDI for our boys and girls youth.
Please come to our lunch meeting this week at the Atlantic Oceanside to help us decide how to continue to distribute funds we raised at the Seafood Festival.

The Rotary Club of Jerusalem focuses on peacebuilding initiatives, including bringing together Jewish and Arab youths to learn about each other’s cultures.
