Remote Meetings
Bar Harbor, ME United States of America
Due to the pandemic, we are currently meeting via Zoom. Join us on Wednesdays at Noon, except for the first Wednesday of the month when we meet at 5:00 pm (check Facebook or the speakers list on this page for the topics presented).
I hope your week is off to a lovely start! This Wednesday, May 12th at Noon we will be joined by Jenny McCollough, from Terramor Outdoor Resort. Please watch your email for Zoom details!
Located on Mount Desert Island, the 60-acre property is just minutes from both Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor. Each of their 64-tents is designed to provide a unique outdoor getaway. Their lodge includes a restaurant and bar for guests staying at the resort, while a private pool and spa allow visitors to relax under a cabana and take in Maine's most beautiful landscapes.

As tourists begin to arrive for the season, our club’s thoughts are tuning to July 4th. At this week’s board meeting (May 11th), we will be making a decision about the Pancake Breakfast & Seafood Festival. Each member received a survey regarding volunteering and possible changes to the menu due to the pandemic. If you have not already done so, please complete the survey by the end of today (Monday): https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/2021-4th. If you have additional questions or thoughts, please do not hesitate to email me at stefanie@skogcottage.com or call (508) 843-7180.
Finally, a reminder that we would like to share member news. Since we are not able to be together in person, many life events can pass without support or celebration. If you have news about yourself (or a fellow Rotarian) that you wish to share, please email me. Martha and I will make sure it is shared in the next Bulletin.
