By now, most of you have heard about the tragic passing of our District Governor Serge Poulin on Monday, August 3rd. This loss is heavy, and it is felt deeply across our Maine and Quebec Rotary Communities. Our thoughts are with Serge's family, friends, and the many Rotarians whose lives he touched through his leadership, kindness, and service. Evelyn will be in touch as more information becomes available about funeral services and ways our club can honor Serge's memory.
