Oklahoma Municipal League

Missy Dean serves as Director of Governmental Relations and Membership Services for the Oklahoma Municipal League where she has been employed for 16 years.  Prior to working for the Oklahoma Municipal League, she worked for Governor Frank Keating as his paralegal for 6 years.  She served as the State’s extradition officer and handled all the legislation that came across the Governor’s desk.

She graduated with a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Southern Nazarene University.  She received her Paralegal certificate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.  Dean serves on the OSU-OKC Public Service Degree Advisory Board and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  However, her proudest accomplishment is that of being a mother to daughter, Makenzie, and sons, Brock and Garrett.
