Re-edited Bridge

President Fred invited Bret Bondlow to speak about his business, Compelling Fitness that is located in Kingston.  Bret designs specially tailored exercises to meet his client’s needs such as strengthening the muscles opposite a replaced hip possibly negating the replacement of the second hip.  He calls this postural alignment.    He uses no machinery, replacing the machinery with natural rolling movements in a consistent seven-day a week program.  He re-educates the body how to move by training dormant muscles.  He has used this technique for various of his own injuries and it has been very effective.  His background includes 15 years as a personal trainer and 10 years helping special need and abused kids.
