A NOTE FROM DG ALMA REYNOLDS

At last week's meeting, President Col mentioned that he had received a note from DG Alma.
Here it is
FARMERS MARKET REPORT

A great result from the Rotary Whitehorse Farmers’ Market on SUNDAY OCTOBER 11 over $5000 taken!

Stalls :$ 3150.00
Gate$ 1377.45
Egg & bacon Stall$   451.70

TOTAL
$ 5039.15

With 48 stalls and a new location we had many positive comments about our new layout. It was lovely to see the families (and their dogs) out and about.

Many thanks to all our fabulous volunteers who helped set up, took the coins at the entrances, made sure everyone was socially distanced, cooked the egg and bacon, counted the money and helped pack up.

Special thanks to Simon for all his organisation.

It was a great lift for the community, the stall holders and the Rotarians to have some normalcy in their lives!

Thanks also to our loyal stall holders and patrons  - See you all next month….. 8/11/20’
