WEEKLY BULLETIN VOLUME 5 ISSUE 21 26th November 2024
Monique's Message
By the time you read this, we will have celebrated another successful Trivia Night! Over the past two events, I took on the majority of the organisation myself, with the invaluable assistance of a few dedicated volunteers. However, this year has proven to be a much smoother experience, thanks to the fantastic support from our fundraising team, led by the wonderful Annette Griffin. Their collaboration has significantly lightened the load of organising this event, especially given the many activities happening within our Club right now.
I am truly amazed by the generosity displayed through the numerous donations we received for the silent auctions and raffles. These contributions will undoubtedly enhance our fundraising efforts, enabling us to make a meaningful impact, being able to sponsor a Sky Hydrant for Disaster Aid Australia. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and donated; your support is greatly appreciated.
One of the most uplifting aspects I’ve noticed lately is the vibrant energy that our Club exudes during our weekly meetings. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness everyone engaging positively and enthusiastically. We have much to be proud of as a Club—truly, we are the envy of many!
At the core of our Rotary mission is the commitment to serve others. When our Club is filled with energy and our members are actively involved, we foster a strong sense of purpose and fulfillment. Let’s continue to nurture this spirit and work together for the greater good!
Thank you all for being such an integral part of our community. Here’s to more successful events and the ongoing positive energy that makes our Club so special!
