We have been invited to again assist with the conduct of the Glen Eira Community Safety Day in conjunction with the Victoria Police, SES, Fire Services Victoria, St John’s Ambulance, and the council. Instead of removing and replacing number plates with non-removable screws we have been asked to run a bar-b-que which can be run as not only a fundraiser, but a Rotary awareness and membership opportunity for the club.
We are seeking at least 6 volunteers between the hours of 10.0am and 1.00pm on SUNDAY October 9th in the car park at the rear of The Glen Eira Town Hall, corner of Hawthorn and Glen Eira Roads Caulfield.
Could you please indicate your ability to attend by responding to this email and either myself or Karin Soster will confirm all details closer to the event. All we need is you.
