On June 15th our traditional Charity Classic Car Rallye takes place. If you like to join on short notice or would like to invite friend and family here some detailed information.

Details:

Our starting point is Cirkus Krone Farm in Wessling (www.kronefarm.com). This year, the picturesque route leads through the wonderful landscapes west of Munich, along the Amersee, towards the Alps and then next to Starnbergersee on route to our finish at Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum at Theresienwiese. Exciting stops await you along the way before we conclude the day with a joint award ceremony in the Museum amphitheater and closing celebration with a join dinner.
 
The rally will be held in four categories according to sporting rules:

  • "Really old" Oldtimer built up to 1950

  • Classic cars built up to 1970

  • Youngtimers built up to 1990

  • "Sports and fun" built up to 2023


Financials:
The participation fee, including all services listed below (excl. Lunch), is:

  • €270 per vehicle (for 2 people), with €100 of the proceeds being donated to one of our charity projects

  • For every extra person, the additional participation fee is €85.

  • Children under 12 years of age participate free of charge (without Lunch, self-paying)

  • For participants without a car wishing to be a passenger in an existing participant's car, the fee is €130, of which €45 will be donated (We will mediate the seat assignment)

A donation receipt can be issued upon request.

Schedule:
The journey time to the starting point from Munich center is approx. 40 minutes

  • From 8:45 am: Vehicle registration in Cirkus Krone Farm (Zahnering 1, 82234 Weßling) including small breakfast with coffee and pretzels; start times will be announced upon issuance of the starting numbers. 

  • Approx. 9:10 am: Driver briefing (at least one team member per team must be present).

  • 9:30 am: Start of the first participant/team.

  • Around 11:30 pm: An enjoyable lunch break with stunning views at Auerberg (self-service and self-paid)

  • Around 4:30 pm: Finish line at Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum at Theresienwiese, followed by a welcome drink, an awards ceremony inside the Museum and a very nice dinner in Wirsthaus in Bavariapark.
