A sunny day and many happy classic car enthusiasts

Many members and guests participated at our Classic Car Rallye last Saturday, 30 April 2016 to support children and the charity initiative Rotary4Hauner.
Despite it having snowed only 5 days before, the weather was perfect for the outing. Over 40 cars were registered and the organisers realised approx EUR 7,000 in financial support for the charity.
The participants waited for their starter packange and instructions.
Two Mercedes from different eras - the rugged 1980's offroad and the elegant 1950's limo, once owned by the local baby food manufacturer Klaus Hipp.
Other Mercedes were in full force.
With diverse marques present, sporty, elegant or just... expensive :)
The tour took place through the lovely countryside of northern Munich, with many villages and winding roads to be conquered.
