Our Rotarian friend Prof. Dr. Michael Schmidt's will speak about "Music and Artificial Intelligence".
Outlining  questions about the ethics and aesthetics of digital music culture in the context of artificial intelligence. What do digital and AI technologies mean for music?

Michael has been a music editor at Bayerischer Rundfunk in Munich since 1990. He headed the music magazine “Musik aktuell” and than coordinated the classical music portal and trimedia program highlights for the BR-KLASSIK program division. He has a particular interest in the multimedia communication of music and the ethics and aesthetics of digital music culture. This focus also shapes his publications and his diverse teaching activities.
