Ethics among Judges - Dr. Antje Weihs

Federal judge Dr. Antje Weihs will give us a presentation about ETHIC AMONG JUDGES.

Antje has been with the Federal Finance Court since 2018. Previously, she was a judge at the Finance Court in Nuremberg. At the BFH, she was assigned to the Second Senate, which is primarily responsible for inheritance and gift tax, real estate transfer tax, and uniform valuation.

Ihre berufliche Laufbahn begann Antje nach dem Studium der Rechtswissenschaften als wissenschaftliche Assistentin am Lehrstuhl für Bürgerliches Recht, Handels- und Wirtschaftsrecht, Europarecht und Rechtsvergleichung der Universität Tübingen und promovierte dort. Unterbrochen wurde diese Tätigkeit durch ein Masterstudium an der Universität Oxford, das sie mit dem Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) abschloss.
