In this talk, Mark shares his personal experience as the CEO of a Ukrainian consulting company operating under the pressures of war. From the first days of the invasion, leadership was tested by rapidly shifting priorities - protecting the team, sustaining operations, and making decisions with incomplete information. He will reflect on how to adapted the business model, keep people connected and motivated, and manage international client relationships under extraordinary conditions. 

Mark is Managing Director of consulting firm in Ukraine (BDO AG). Before he was Regional CFO Asia for Reinsurance an before that, he was Managing Partner in global tax firm (WTS) providing BPO services to clients.
