As previously announced, our combined Christmas- / 20-year Charter Anniversary Party takes place in the “Salon Marco Polo” of the HILTON on Monday December 19th.
We start at 7 pm with a Champagne reception and we plan to finish at 11 pm.
The agenda for the evening will comprise music, reviews on highlights of the past year and as far back as we can get information, more music, reports of international members on how they celebrated Christmas in their home countries, and may be one or two “surprises”…
The HILTON promised to create a buffet with a special selection of “yummy goodies” and we will have the usual arrangement where wine can be bought from the Club.
The price per head we need to ask for the room and the food is 75 Euros. Drinks will have to be paid separately on a consumption basis.
Please register before December 2nd 2022 for the event indication whether you will be attending alone or with your partner.
Our treasurer Peter will collect the participation fee as usual by “direct debit”.
Looking forward to seeing many of you on the 19th and to celebrating Christmas and our 20 year Charter Anniversary with you “in style”.
