The Eastland Rotary Club got a shot in the arm of energy and enthusiasm from District 5790 Governor Christopher McLucas.  During the meeting we discussed promotion of the Rotary organization and getting involvement from the community. Much brainstorming and goal setting for the club in the future. Publicity and membership are primary focus and goal setting for the next year. We have a vibrant club and many programs coming up in the fall months so he encouraged us to continue but to seek new ways to engage the community.

Interact gives students ages 12-18 the chance to make a real difference while having fun. Every Interact club carries out two service projects a year: one that helps their school or community and one that promotes international understanding.

Clubs meet at least twice a month and are sponsored by their local Rotary club.

The Eastland Rotary Club will  be hosting a blood drive in the parking lot of Bryans Auto Computers and Signs, on Tuesday from 11-3. Bring a friend and show your support in the community. All donors will be entered to win a pair of tickets to a Dallas Stars Professional Hockey game. Bryan Jackson is also giving all donors the choice of a hat or oil filter!
Well the new page is up and running! Hope you all like the new look of things to come!

The Senior Olympics went amazingly well and with help from Bryan Jackson we are able to post this highlight film.

Any friends or family members that would like a copy of the full film on DVD can contact the Eastland Rotary Club or just come by Bryans Auto for info.
