Roy Metzler: Recipient
Roy Metzler (not to be confused with our own Paul Meltzer) was the esteemed recipient of our 2023 Brock Community Service Award, which is presented to a non-Rotarian for exemplary community service by the Denton Rotary Club.
Roy Metzler, who is the President of PR & Fundraising on the ODB Board of Directors, is greatly appreciated by ODB and the Denton community.
He just shows up ready to go and is known to simply state, "I am here to help!" Fellow Rotarian from Cross Timbers Trish Brooks and Sandy Metzler (Roy's wife) were on hand for this event.
