In order to achieve excellence as an organization, Rotary Clubs must have a plan to "make things happen" within a club culture where "members own the process" and are engaged beyond personal gain for the common good. We seek your input in our club culture, our direction that we intend to head, and a general plan of action as to how to reach our goals. Being a Vibrant Club all starts with you - our members - and without you, we cannot do what we seek out do. Join us this year in conversation as we explore our club interests and intentions. Lead by PDG Dr. Gene Davenport, our conversation to becoming a vibrant club will begin July 11th, 2019 in our regular club meeting assembly.
