MAKEUPS & ENGAGEMENT
Almost any Rotary activity outside of regular club meetings can serve as a makeup, and thus improve your engagement percentage, if it occurs within two weeks before or after the missed meeting.
Just send your club secretary an email <maxmorley@verizon.net>. OR at a Thursday meeting leave a note with our executive secretary, Jonny Ramsey, explaining the activity and your makeup credit will be recorded in the club database.
Denton Rotary Club guidelines for MAKEUPS:
• One credit for each activity: (no meal credit)
• One credit for each online E-club makeup (no meal credit)
• One credit for each visit to another Rotary club ($11 meal credit)
There are many options for E-club makeups. Go online and Google <Rotary e-club>. You will find numerous links for e-club makeups. Choose the one that most appeals to you, and make sure that you click “send a notification email” to <maxmorley@verizon.net>.
