It’s been a rough start but not surprising since the heat has detracted donor and volunteer participation.  Fortunately,  we are finally at the tail-end of the grueling Texas heat.  Going forward, our club’s drives will be on a smaller bus (2 vs. 4 phlebotomists) to be good stewards of CBC’s limited resources.  We will have the capacity to process up to 15 donors; we can always revert back to a large bus if we see an increase in participation.

Hopefully, we can encourage members to share the donor link on their social media accounts.
