Scholarships
Loveland Rotary has a special emphasis on supporting youth and one of our major projects in this area is scholarships. Each year the Loveland Rotary Club provides various scholarships for both academic and vocational programs.
Our Loveland Rotary scholarships are open to all seniors in the Thompson School District.
Since 1977, Loveland Rotary Club has awarded more than 200 scholarships, totaling nearly $1,000,000. Our scholarships reach students embarking on Art; Music; Academic, 4 year; and Vocational, 2 year college/trade school programs.
For information and to apply go to https://www.thompsontef.org/scholarships. The actual applications should be available on Jan. 1st. There are many different scholarships from Rotary and other sources shown on that site and you can apply for as many of them as you would like. (All the scholarships from Rotary are included there.)
Please note that many Loveland Rotary scholarships look at factors well beyond grade point average and academic success, so read about each scholarship to see if it might be a good fit for you.
